2024 Spring/Summer New Releases
ERTL Farm Toys
Greetings from Dyersville!
As soon as you think winter is over, mother nature sends us some more snow. The nice thing about spring snow is that it doesn’t last long. As we look into Summer now we are excited for the Summer Farm Toy Show coming up in June!
I apologize for the long delay in getting out this blog. I did some traveling, including a trip to the Nuremberg Toy Fair in Germany. It was great meeting with our Britains team and talking about some of the new projects we have in the works.
Case IH
Switching over to new releases and product
news, we are now shipping our new 1:16 Precision Heritage IH 986
Tractor with 720 plow (Sku: 44309). The plow is all new tooling and has some
impressive features. Each bottom individually
trips and we have hydraulic hoses that will connect to the tractor.
Coming out in June 2024 is our 1:16 Steiger CA325 Industrial Tractor (Sku: 44348OTP). This is a one-time production run and features the authentic industrial yellow and black paint scheme, dual wheels with opening hood and doors.
In 1:64 scale we have a Case 970 and 1070 Black Knight set (Sku: 44368) also coming out in June. This “Prestige” set features the Black Knight paint scheme, 3-point hitch detail, and detailed interior.
New Holland
Moving on to New Holland, we are starting to ship the 1:32 CR 9.90 combine (Sku: 13973) and 1:64 CR 9.90 combine (Sku: 13992). Both combines feature both a corn
head and draper head. These combines
showcase the new graphics on the side panels.
Also, be on the lookout for the 1:64 New Holland T6.180 tractor with 560 Round Baler (Sku: 61002OTP) that is the 2024 Farm Show unit! The “Chase” unit includes a “Blue Power” tractor and a yellow 560 Round Baler. This is limited to a one-time production.
Another tractor that you want to be on the hunt for is the T8.435 Tractor that celebrates New Holland’s 75 years of FFA Support (Sku: 13984OTP). This is also a one-time production run and features the “Blue Power" paint scheme with special wording on the hood and the FFA logo on the cab roof.
John Deere
For John Deere we have the upcoming 1:16 Lawn
Tractor set (Sku: 45951OTP) that celebrates the 60 Anniversary
of the 110 lawn tractor coupled with a modern X394 lawn tractor. There are also special gold
painted “chase” units randomly inserted into the production run. This set began shipping in April 2024 and is available at John Deere dealerships now!
We also recently started shipping our 1:16 John Deere 2640 “Field of Dreams” Tractor. (Sku: 45899) We updated our tooling to configure it like the tractor in the actual movie, and we also included a baseball with the “Field of Dreams” wording. You can buy it now here!
