HISTORY:
The 2nd generation Subaru Impreza was born in 2000. The most powerful WRX STi model, designed for participation in the WRC (World Rally Championship), continues to be available from the first generation. In 2002 the exterior was significantly changed, evolving into the Applied C, commonly known as the "Tears Eyes''. The WRX STi, produced by Subaru Technica International (STi), features an exhaust manifold with equal length. In 2005, a minor change was made to arrive at the Applied F, commonly known as "Hawk Eyes", and was a long-lived model that was sold until a full model change in 2007.
