Digital Commerce Intern

The Digital Commerce Intern will be part of a team focused on guiding a consumer journey that results in order conversion. Although this position is located in Dyersville, IA, our team is located in several offices throughout the country and represents people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

This position will be focused on finding common threads of seemingly inharmonious data from multiple sources, then pulling it together in a way that can be easily understood for better decision making.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build a refreshable Excel dashboard to tie together the many metrics available in various parts of Amazon systems as well as other systems we currently utilize.
• Investigate competitive digital marketplaces, trends and products and translate into insights.
• Present findings in weekly team meetings.

Knowledge and Skills

• Highly self-motivated and able to figure out needs to deliver the end result without micro-management.
• A background or classes taken in data analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• A quick learner that can grasp the different KPIs in the digital commerce world and how they link together.
